Grand Centre Mall is the outcome of the dream and vision of two men, Mr. K.A. Thomas and Late Mr. K.C. Mathai who started their journey 45 years back together in the field of Construction. They pooled in their more than four decades of experience to form M/s. T.M. Constructions and K.K. Engineering in the year 1991 and took up the most difficult projects in the field of infrastructure development for various agencies like the Indian Railways, Konkan Rail Corporation and Governments of Kerala, Tamilnadu and Karnataka and contributed to the nation building. They put in their best in every work they undertook and ensured timely completion of projects even in the most challenging situations. The works undertaken by the firm for Konkan Rail Corporation under Shri. E. Sreedharan is a testimony to their commitment.
